If we want to go for something a little more decadent, and yes I mean chocolate, then you can consider things like Gift Baskets. She can go to Starbucks on her break, she can take it to different rooms in her house – even outside for morning coffee. Over all it is a really nice laptop! On to kitchen and house ware. Sometimes this area can be a little iffy. You never know what she has hidden away in the pantry or cabinets. But if you do a little detective work you might find something she has really wanted for a long time. For my mom it has always been about the Kitchen-aid stand mixer. These are awesome – heck I want one too! Not only are the one of the most popular brands for kitchen stuff, but they are one of the most durable and rugged. Buy one of these and you WILL have it forever. Now they have all kinds of attachments that you can use with it too such as pasta maker, ice cream maker and juice makers. Really if your mom HAS one of these she can throw the rest of the clutter out (or give it away). They are a bit pricey, but if you figure in ALL the things it can do – it’s well worth it:

When it comes to exercise, there is one machine that I absolutely have to have! It’s the elliptical – I just love the way it really works my legs and thighs and it really gets my blood pumping. The elliptical that I have was one I bought about a year ago and I use it non stop – it’s a Proform Crosstrainer 800. I absolutely LOVE it. The elliptical is one of the best ways to really get into shape.

Likewise, dissimilar to treadmills you can use an elliptical machine without extreme pressure to the joints, therefore depreciating the risk of impact traumas. A treadmill is one of the worst machines to use because it can cause harm to your knees and other joints! Notice when you are on a treadmill running that you are running on a hard surface “pounding” down on it which practically sends shock waves to your joints.

The elliptical does not do this. One reason is because your feet always stay ON the “pedals”. There are two main types of an elliptical machine. The first one is completely about the legs, thighs, calves, etc. The handles do not move. The other type of machine has movable handles – so as you are walking or running you are also able to move your arms which also causes movement in your pecs and abs! So with the ones where the handles move you pretty much can get a full-body workout!

Since this is one of my favorite machines lets go ahead and look at some of the vest ones available to consumers! All of these will obviously vary in price because they vary in options. Some of them have “fans”, mp3 jacks, digital faces, some of them (like mine) will even have a “trainer”. It was a little odd using “her” at first especially when “she” beat the crap out of on the elliptical. But the trainer (a male or female voice – whoever you choose) will go along with you while you are on the machine. She or He will “cheer you on” or tell you how long you have to go or how long you have gone. Yes, it was VERY weird. But I kind of like it. Who doesn’t love someone cheering them on? By the way – you can also shut the voice up as well with the push of a button!

Said it before, say it again – I love these types of headphones. There are only two types I can wear without my ears feeling like they are going to bleed. This kind (canal-phones) and the DJ ones (supra-aural). The supra-aural ones are good if you’re home alone and don’t mind looking like an idiot but don’t want any noise coming through the cups. The 120 GB is HUGE. Don’t be over-zealous. “Oh I can easily fit that much…” I’ll bet you $100 you can’t! haha. Seriously, if you buy one of these then you are either a major music collector (or a collector of whatever else), you’re a DJ of some sort or you my friend – need a life! Either way, if you buy the 120 make sure you’re actually going to use it because it is HUGE. On the other hand, if you buy this you probably won’t ever need to buy another MP3 player for the rest of your LIFE!

I don’t know about you but i loooove games. I don’t have a lot of time to play them but I do like having my PSP or Xbox near me and I also have a few sites online for when I have 5 minutes to myself or during lunchtime. Its not only a good way to relax but a really good way to destress and get away from the world for a little while. Personally for me, I absolutely LOVE all the hidden object games. And believe me – all hidden object games or NOT created equal or the same. i have played some really crappy ones I hated and then I have played some really cool ones I have loved. last year when iWin was having this sale – I bought 3 hidden object games!
